Was darf bei einer Fashion Week natürlich nicht fehlen? Richtig, verschiedene Events, Parties und Abendveranstaltungen, ohne die eine Fashion Week einfach etwas nackt dastehen würde. Selbstverständlich finden auch rund um die Schauen der Männer solche Events statt, auf denen sich das Who-is-Who der Modeszene trifft.
So veranstaltete z.B. Tommy Hilfiger am Montag zusammen mit Jonathan Newhouse (Condé Nast) ein Dinner im neu eröffneten Emin Room Restaurant 34 in Mayfair. Mit dabei waren neben Tommy und Dee Hilfiger und Jonathan Newhouse auch Suzy Menkes, Caroline Rush (Head of British Fashion Council) und viele mehr.
Ich bin ja sehr gespannt, wann Tommy Hilfiger die erste Männerkollektion in London präsentieren wird, da er ja schon sehr mit England verwurzelt ist. Würde mich freuen!
Auch Mulberry veranstaltete einen exklusiven Cocktailabend in ihrem Flagship Store in der New Bond Street, um die London Collections: Men zu feiern und natürlich auch um die neuen Herbst/Winter Accessoires für 2014/15 zu präsentieren. Auch hier durften prominente Gäste nicht fehlen und so wurden neben z.B. Suzy Menkes und Caroline Rush auch Models wie Arizona Muse gesehen.

London is calling with the London Collections: Men Fall/Winter 2014. Besides the catwalk there are a lot of events, dinners, parties and much more. Without these a fashion week would be a little naked!
So this season Tommy Hilfiger and Jonathan Newhouse (Chief Executive of Condé Nast International) organized a dinner on Monday to celebrate the fourth season of London Collections: Men at the newly-opened Emin Room at Restaurant 34 in Mayfair. Tommy Hilfiger, his wife Dee and Jonathan Newhouse welcomed a lot of guests from the international fashion scene, so Suzy Menkes, Caroline Rush (Head of British Fashion Council) and many more took part in the dinner.
„England remains very close to my heart” Tommy said and so I´m very curious about if and when he would show one of his collections in London. Would be looking forward to that!
Mulberry also hosted an exclusive cocktail evening in their flagship store in New Bond Street to celebrate London Collections: Men and to present their Men’s Accessories from the Autumn Winter 2014/15 collection. Of course prominent guests like Suzy Menkes, Caroline Rush or model Arizona Muse were also seen in the flagship store.
